About Us
Accasia’s Event Venue has 3 indoor elegant, spacious, and versatile rooms, a private suite as welll as a lovely patio to accommodate just about any event. We have a full open vendor policy which provides you the flexibility to serve exactly what you want without having to pay additional fees for bringing outside vendors. If you need help finding the perfect vendor for your event we have a trusted list we can always recommend. Our Full Day package provides you with Up to 10 hrs of use of the space, allowing ample time for setup, event and breakdown. You define your hours! No restriction on end time! Sunday thru Thursday we also offer our rooms separately with an hourly rate with a 4hr Min, in order to accommodate those smaller events. All pricing structures include (5) different configuration of tables, Chiavari Chairs, In-house Sound System, Audiovisuals, Microphone, access to our Catering Prep Kitchen with refrigeration, stainless steel countertops, ice-machine, On-site complimentary parking, On-Site Venue Coordinator and After Event Cleaning Service.
