Plus, the IAA Pain Management Center is Connecticut's Premiere Chronic Pain Management Specialists WE are conveniently located in Hartford and provide comprehensive pain treatment using a variety of techniques to relieve pain. We specialize in treating all types of chronic pain including chronic back, hip, knee, and neck pain.
