Being from a family of 10 children and born and raised in Glastonbury, CT, I've been asked many times why we do not have a Realtor in the family. So, 5 years ago, I decided to pursue my passion and get licensed. I left my corporate job in May of 2019 and have since built a business that I LOVE, and am now enjoying Real Estate full time. The resources we partner with have amazing talents in each of their fields and have been key to providing a fabulous end to end experience for my clients. ...For over 20 years, I held various corporate positions including customer service, auditing & compliance and project management. My degrees in Finance & Insurance kept me informed of current issues and taught me how to gather and interpret data. These skills have proven critical to evaluating the market and finding value when buying, selling or investing in real estate. ...Coming from a family with 10 children, money was often tight so Do It Yourself (DIY) was necessary. I would watch, and help, my talented dad "fix" everything and I came to understand the importance of being hands on. ...In 2016, my sister, Heidi, and I got hooked on watching HGTV shows like "Fixer Upper" and "Flip or Flop". We knew we could do what these teams were doing, thus we started Glawackus Properties, LLC. Since then, we have been successfully buying, renovating and re-selling homes, learning more with each one.
