Kim Costa is a Top 5% Atlanta Realtor with Atlanta Fine Homes-Sotheby's International Realty. Kim is a Roswell resident, Author of WheelHouse, and Creator of Lifestyle Foundations™️. A UGA grad with an extensive background in marketing, residential construction, finance, contract negotiation, human resource development, and interior design. Kim comes to every real estate consultation with business savvy, insight, and a desire to achieve the perfect lifestyle for each client through the WheelHouse process. Kim also enjoys golf, cooking, gardening, travel, reading, and exploring local restaurants in her spare time. She is a golf lifestyle expert in the Metro Atlanta and North Georgia regions. A long-time Atlantan, she lives with her husband near Crabapple, in the center of the lovely tri-city area of Roswell, Milton, and Alpharetta. Kim is an expert in these areas and other places she has dwelled in Metro Atlanta... Woodstock, Canton, Dunwoody, Sandy Springs, and Johns Creek. Following her proven WheelHouse process, Kim consults with clients to determine their perfect lifestyle and develops a plan for the ideal home. If the client is local, the search begins, or goals are created to improve their current home; if the client lives or is moving elsewhere, Kim refers many clients to other areas of the state, country, and globe to work with an established expert in her network who is familiar with the WheelHouse process and the outcome of the clients' personalized lifestyle plan.
