Working together to understand your needs and what works best for you to achieve your goals. Each s ession can include elements of Swedish, Neuromuscular , Trigger point , Cupping, Graston, stretching, and different depths of pressure . I will educate you on my finding within the massage and offer self-care techniques to keep the ball rolling on this journey to healing. Our purpose is to create a restorative experience with massage therapy to help relieve pain, reduce stress, and increase range of motion.
