About Us
The Silver Shamrocks cuisine is a woman chef owned and operated business located in Rochester, Michigan. Our multi-location enterprise consists of: The Sham Shack, a production kitchen offering creative cuisine, craft beer, wine, and liquor, located in Oakland Township; Forks & Fetes, an intimate event space for up to 45 people next to The Sham Shack in Oakland Township; and Side Dish, a quaint gourmet food take away spot located on 4th Street in Downtown Rochester. Come and see what we've cooked up. It’s easy to get your fix of our culinary creations. Select from catering a special event, scheduling a unique on-site experience, or pick up an unforgettable dinner and a unique bottle of wine. There’s no wrong choice. Have us cater your party with food, liquor, staffing, and all the plans to make the party a hit. Come to our teaching kitchen and learn to cook and enjoy unique wines with your friends. Or, keep it simple and enjoy a night off with our made-from-scratch meal-to-go service.
