He says a couple of their favorite trends to bring to their residential customers are painting cabinets and powder bathrooms unique colors, as well as doing full house interior and exterior repaints that totally transform the look of their homes.
Four years before purchasing CertaPro, Dylan was handling residential sales for the company, so he was already familiar with the business. Growing the residential and commercial departments and establishing relationships has been very satisfying for the husband and wife team.
They ensure that every one of their customers is completely satisfied. “Serving customers in our local community is a passion of ours,” says Scout. “After years of experience and seeing customers' visions turned into a reality, we wanted to continue to serve our community with painting services.”
The couple, who were born and raised in Middle Tennessee and now live in West Nashville with their three “fur babies” - Whitley, Cash and Wallen - incorporate their personal values into their business. “We strive for continuous improvement, a family culture, working hard, and always doing the right thing,” says Dylan. “This is important to us because everyone in our business shares the same values in and outside of the business. It's just who we are.”
Working together really brings them a lot of happiness. “Growing our team and business here at CertaPro has been the most enjoyable thing to do together” says Scout. “Seeing the hard work pay off and the culture that we've built brings us together even more.”
