Utah is an incredible playground. Inspo: Adventure! Pack a lunch, grab towels, your sweetheart or family and hit the road for a rejuvenating experience for mind, body, and soul.

Meadow Hot Springs, a natural oasis with 3 interconnected, progressively cooler geothermal springs. Located West of Meadow in Central Utah, the springs are undeveloped and sit on private property. Please be respectful; read and obey the posted signs.

Take I-15 South to Meadow. Turn south on Main Street and drive through town. About 1.5 miles from the freeway, take the first right (past the last buildings) onto a dirt road (there is no sign) and drive 4.8 miles west.

From the parking area, there is a short walk to the first spring where you will find a large pool with crystal-clear water. Temperatures stay around 100 degrees. Soak your toes or do a full body soak, there are several ledges and overhangs, which offer plenty of seating areas.

Further down the path, you'll find a larger and slightly cooler spring which remains upper 90’s year round. This figure 8 shaped pool  is about 4 ft deep and then drops to about 15 ft.

Water temperatures in the 80’s, the 3rd spring is outfitted with a diving platform and shallow wading area. It also serves as a nursery area for a large population of African cichlids. These tropical and colorful fish thrive in warm water. Dangle your feet in the water and baby cichlids will provide you with a spa like pedicure!
