Clean Eatz Tidies Up Mealtime with Healthy + Delicious Clean Eating Options

An extensive menu awaits at Clean Eatz, a new eatery in West Chester. You might be surprised to see the variety of flavors and favorite dishes that count as nutritious, like sweet potato waffle fries, cauliflower-crust pizza, and mac and cheese made with whole grain pasta. There are no limits to their tasty dishes, made fresh and in-house. Clean Eatz makes it simple and affordable to eat clean, even on the go.

Business owners Andrea and Adam Dobrozsi opened the doors at Voice of America Centre in West Chester last February. The husband-and-wife team delight in bringing quick and healthy meal options to the neighborhood.

“We want to help the community by giving them something convenient and something that’s still nutritious,” explains Andrea. “You don’t have to sacrifice your everyday, fun meals. We make healthy tweaks to favorite foods: pizza, pot pie, burgers…We just substitute healthy ingredients.”

With three ways to enjoy their meals, there’s something at Clean Eatz for everyone. The Café offers daily hours for ordering off the menu. Healthy wraps, salads, burgers, flatbreads, melts and smoothies are ready in minutes for dine-in or take-out. They have a kids’ menu that will please even the pickiest eaters and even offer catering. But, Clean Eatz is so much more than just another restaurant. They provide a Grab ‘N’ Go station, where you’ll find frozen prepared meals in both individual and family-size portions to take home. They take healthy eating even a step further by preparing made-to-order Weekly Meal Plans.

Andrea explains, “Every week we come out with a menu of six meals: five lunch or dinner, one pizza and one breakfast. Our customers go online to submit an order by Sunday at midnight and pick up their meals for the week on Monday or Tuesday. There’s no minimum order and no obligation to buy.”

“You get tons of variety with a changing menu each week,” Adam adds. “We also do custom orders: extra protein, low-carb, whatever you need to match your diet.”

Customers rave about the delicious meals that are quick and easy to prepare with only 500-600 calories each.

“Our meals are made fresh, right here in our kitchen,” Andrea says. “They are made to consume within 4-6 days or freeze for later.”

As parents to three busy, school-age children, the Dobrozsis know the time pressures of getting healthy meals on the table for a family.

“We want to give you time back in your day,” Andrea says. “Don’t worry about your meal planning. Know that you can come in, grab your healthy meals and you’re out of here in five minutes.”

“We cater to everybody,” she continues. “We feed people that don’t have time to make meals at home, a lot of athletes and fitness professionals, working moms, families with busy schedules. People that are looking for healthy meals and want to lose weight. People who are looking for a clean option versus fast food. Our meals are a great starting point for those that know they want to eat better, but don’t know where to begin,” she says.

The Dobrozsis’ passion for clean eating is rooted in their fitness backgrounds—both are certified fitness coaches and Adam has been coaching soccer for 25 years.

“As fitness coaches, one of the biggest questions that we got was about nutrition and meal plans,” Adam says. “Clean eating is not a diet—it’s a lifestyle,” he says, gesturing to their motto on the Café wall.

Andrea adds, “We built this business as a supplement to fitness. We wear fitness gear—this is how we dress; this is who we are. We advocate for leading active lifestyles and now we are supplementing it with clean food. We noticed this element was missing in the neighborhood.”

Go to Clean Eatz for the food and stay for the community. Andrea and Adam hope Clean Eatz will be a resource for good food and information about nutrition and fitness, where people can go to ask questions and make the important connection between their health and what they eat.

“We are here to help coach you,” Adam says. “We are 100% open to that. Clean Eatz is about changing lives.”
