Similar to abundant goodness and activities springing from family kitchen tables, creating magnificent pools and customized water features that become symbolic outdoor heartbeats is a recurring phenomenon made possible by the special team of Rondo Pools Tennessee.

Rondo Pools’ professionals handle clients’ entire projects from conception to completion, including pool houses, guest houses, outdoor kitchens and fire pits. Finished Rondo projects become the coveted place to gather, talk, exercise, entertain, relax and reconnect.

For many, Rondo Pools’ creations are the perfect way to extend the inside luxury of homes to the outdoors.

“We’re strong believers in family and families spending time together. That is one of the many rewards of our business. My wife, Dana, and I love what we do,” says Steve Rondeau, Rondo Pools Tennessee owner.

Being a blended family of three daughters and three sons, Steve says he and Dana also realize how important it is to make lasting memories. “It brings us much joy to deliver our customer’s visions of outdoor living environments, basically providing everything a family would want to do in their own outdoor paradise,” he reveals.

“It’s our privilege to partner with customers in the adventure of creating a backyard lifestyle that supports time with family and friends, and becomes the center of so many wonderful memories,” Steve adds.

Rondo Pools in Tennessee was launched in 2011. Dana says they have completed more than 400 luxury pools in Middle Tennessee. “We’re proud to have been able to show Tennesseans what premier technology and materials are possible in our industry,” she says.

“It’s an amazing opportunity to be a luxury, custom pool builder, because we get to work on amazing projects with wonderful clients,” Dana confides.

Steve’s father, Robert Rondeau, founded Rondo Pools in 1983 in Phoenix, Arizona. Steve says he and his brother, Kevin, followed in their father’s footsteps and worked alongside him after graduating from Arizona State University and Northern Arizona University. “We were fortunate to learn from the best, and have been able to carry on his dream with much success,” he says.

The Rondeaus say they put customer experience at the top of their priority list. “We treat customers like family, and love to carefully shepherd their projects,” says Dana.

Steve says keeping their team educated on the latest skills, innovative pool designs and advanced construction techniques helps them deliver enjoyable customer experiences and exceptional outcomes. “It wouldn’t be possible without the talent and support of our team. They take our creative designs and bring them to life,” says Steve.

Dana says sophisticated fire and water bowl features are among the most desirable trends this summer, along with raised tanning ledges, swim shelves and all-glass spas, perimeter overflow and infinity edges.

She says swim jet systems, with powerful hydraulics so athletes can swim against currents or people can tone for exercise, also are very popular.

Rondo Pools is frequently called on by interior designers, landscape architects and custom home builders to collaborate on projects.
