Since 2017, LEVELTX has made it their mission to bring beautiful and luxurious projects into motion. Winning Houston’s Best PRISM Awards in 2023 further solidifies just how far LEVELTX is willing to go to make dreams become reality! When talking with Marketing Manager, Jonathan Manzala, he shared one of his as well as the entire team’s favorite builds so far. The project is a community called The Harbor at Clear View Estates. Burrowed in a cozy spot by Lake Conroe, this community offers the most beautiful and luxuriously modern designs while also offering lakefront access. One of my favorite parts about this project is the absolutely breathtaking rooftop access! Not only does it give you a perfect view of Lake Conroe, but it also makes for an exceptional spot to host parties and gather the family for amazing fellowship which is exactly what LEVELTX strives for! Aside from the rooftop, their builds also have a sleek and contemporary finish that seamlessly blends every space. To further the feeling of luxury, they also provide a spa-like experience with free-standing tubs within the primary baths. After creating this beautiful masterpiece, it is obvious the heart LEVELTX has for their community! Not only do they support the non-profit Angel Reach, but they are also partnered with the Houston Astros. Jonathan shared the inspirational story of LEVELTX and the founders’ inability to even afford tickets when they first created their business. Yet, after handwork and determination, they not only can afford tickets, but they have become a significant partner with the Houston Astros. “In essence, LEVELTX serves as a shining example of how determination and a relentless pursuit of goals can turn dreams into reality.” While many challenges arise in his position, Jonathan couldn’t imagine doing anything else. “The journey of building a brand from the ground up is not just a job, it’s a gratifying adventure with tangible and lasting rewards.”
