Limoncello Spritz

A Fun New Twist on the Classic Aperol Spritz

Limoncello Spritz is a perfect warm-weather cocktail. It is a light, bright take on a classic Aperol spritz made with Italian Limoncello—a liqueur made from sunny Italian lemons. The fizz of the Prosecco and the sweet and zesty lemons create a refreshing drink, transporting you to an Italian village.

Pair your limoncello spritz with a simple Caprese Salad for an ideal Mother's Day treat. This recipe is from North Peoria resident Rebecca Taig. Find gluten-free recipes, hosting inspiration, and seasonal decor at RebeccaTaig.com
