Patrice Henderson loves trying new things. “I’m kind of a daredevil,” she admits. “I’ve been skydiving, hiking, rock climbing, jumping off cliffs and riding roller coasters.” Her willingness to take a chance led her to investing in real estate back in 2015. However, “flipping homes was a lot more than I could handle at the time.”
Patrice then made the move toward becoming a realtor. Now an award-winning Principal Associate Broker at Designed Living Real Estate, Patrice was featured in Top Agent Magazine in 2022 and will be featured in Real Producers of Oakland County Magazine this year. Additionally, her brokerage, Max Broock Realtors, is affiliated with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and Luxury Portfolio International, says Patrice, “allowing us to have a global reach to market our luxury listings and service all of our clients well, no matter where they're currently located or are moving to.”
Patrice has a degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications and uses this knowledge to get the most exposure for her clients' homes. “This results in them selling for top dollar, and sometimes more than they expected,” says Patrice. “Every listing gets a video, and for my luxury listings, I take marketing homes to another level through my intricate home tours that rarely any other realtor produces at the level I do.” Patrice has the support of her team, which she credits with making sure “everyone gets the high level of service they deserve.” Patrice is a highly educated real estate professional with being a Certified Waterfront Specialist and Certified Real Estate Negotiator among her many accomplishments, and believes she is “a rare find as a real estate broker as I’m great at executing nearly all areas of the business—marketing, selling, consulting, negotiating, paperwork, and compliance.”
