Folsom Bulldogs Alum and Harlem Globetrotter's Daughter, McKenzie Forbes

USC's McKenzie Forbes, who recently scored 26 in the 74-61 game against Stanford to win the Pac-12 Tournament title, is a Folsom native with a successful career in women’s basketball. She is also the daughter of former Harlem Globetrotter, Sterling Forbes Jr., who inspired her and her siblings to play basketball.

McKenzie attended Folsom High School, where she kick-started her passion and future career as a four-year letter-winner and all-time leading scorer for the Bulldogs. She had already received her first scholarship offer before she started high school. McKenzie played for Cal Berkeley and Harvard and is now getting her master’s in entrepreneurship while playing basketball as a Trojan Guard for the USC women's basketball team. Go McKenzie!
