Miller On the Move

After a great experience with his own cross-country move, Stephen Miller strives to provide the same for others.

You may recognize Stephen & Amanda Miller from their YouTube Channel, The Miller Fam, but he’s quickly become a local expert on where to stay, eat, and play. The Millers spent most of their time in Texas with their seven kids until 2020. Recognizing the freedom to live and work from anywhere prompted them to explore several cities before deciding on a move to the Nashville area. The top items on their list are what draws many families to Middle Tennessee – the change of seasons, access to top-notch healthcare, affordability, and southern charm.

Being brand new to Rutherford County, Miller says they relied heavily on their realtor to help them choose a property based on their specific needs. When relocating, a realtor is often the first point of contact and can provide knowledgeable recommendations. After having a great experience with their own cross-country move, Miller wanted to assist others who may be in a similar situation and is now working as a team leader with Exodus Group at Benchmark Realty.

Back in Texas, Miller served as a worship pastor for 20 years and maintains a real passion for helping others. With his real estate clients, he strives to over-deliver so they feel confident as they navigate such an important decision. Miller is also the author of The Art of Getting it Wrong where he inspires readers to start doing more of the things they want instead of being held back by fear, which includes buying a home. Miller says he is having a blast meeting and working with people from all over the city. For those new to the area, his specialty is exceeding expectations by helping them get acquainted with the area through his videography skills. Miller consistently goes above and beyond and ultimately hopes that people walk away feeling encouraged and positive after working with him.

When asked what he loves most about Murfreesboro, Miller immediately says it’s the people. He enjoys the small-town hospitality yet appreciates the diversity and amenities available from continued growth. October and November are his favorite months. “It’s stunning and the trees are aflame with color. Anyone who is outdoorsy will love it here.”

I’m having a blast. I get to meet people every day that I wouldn’t otherwise. I get to help people realize their dreams through home ownership. That’s a huge thing! ReaI estate is fascinating to me.
