You may recognize Stephen & Amanda Miller from their YouTube Channel, The Miller Fam, but he’s quickly become a local expert on where to stay, eat, and play. The Millers spent most of their time in Texas with their seven kids until 2020. Recognizing the freedom to live and work from anywhere prompted them to explore several cities before deciding on a move to the Nashville area. The top items on their list are what draws many families to Middle Tennessee – the change of seasons, access to top-notch healthcare, affordability, and southern charm.
Being brand new to Rutherford County, Miller says they relied heavily on their realtor to help them choose a property based on their specific needs. When relocating, a realtor is often the first point of contact and can provide knowledgeable recommendations. After having a great experience with their own cross-country move, Miller wanted to assist others who may be in a similar situation and is now working as a team leader with Exodus Group at Benchmark Realty.
Back in Texas, Miller served as a worship pastor for 20 years and maintains a real passion for helping others. With his real estate clients, he strives to over-deliver so they feel confident as they navigate such an important decision. Miller is also the author of The Art of Getting it Wrong where he inspires readers to start doing more of the things they want instead of being held back by fear, which includes buying a home.
