Our most favorite Dry January Mocktail

Here's a refreshing take on Dry January! Embrace this health trend with our favorite mocktail, a delightful beverage crafted to keep you energized and hydrated throughout the month.

Sparkling Berry Citrus Splash

Ingredients:

·      1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

·      1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

·      1 orange, juiced

·      1 lemon, juiced

·      2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)

·      2 cups sparkling water

Instructions:

1.     Wash the berries thoroughly and mash in a bowl using a fork or muddler.

2.     In a blender, combine the mashed berries, mint leaves, orange & lemon juice, and honey or agave syrup.

3.     Blend until the mixture is smooth.

Strain (Optional):

·      If you prefer a smoother texture, use a fine mesh sieve strainer to remove the pulp. Leave it for a more textured mocktail.

Add Sparkling Water:

·      Top each glass with sparkling water to add a refreshing fizz. 

Garnish the mocktails with fresh berries, mint sprigs, and slices of orange or lemon & serve!
