No one does Cinco de Mayo better than Houston's Tex-Mex restaurants.

There are so many Cinco de Mayo festivities and only one day to celebrate. Houston restaurants are upping their game, offering an abundance of choices to celebrate the anniversary of the Battle of Puebla in 1852. If you're having trouble deciding, here are some top picks for delicious food and fun.

The Original Ninfa’s on Navigation is doubling down with a vibrant fiesta of authentic holiday fun on Cinco De Mayo at both the Navigation and Uptown locations. Diners can enjoy mariachi performances inside and outside, along with discounts on cocktails, shots, and hard seltzers including the popular Uptown and Navigation Margaritas, specially made with Patron Tequila, as well as the Ranch Water and Paloma Loca. ninfas.com

Both locations will have an all-day Happy Hour to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. Diners can enjoy discounts on a select menu of favorites, beer, bottles of wine, and their delicious margaritas, including the seasonal favorite, Bluebonnet. manditostexmex.com
