Two successful real estate professionals

Cathy Treible and Donna Sullivan are dynamic businesswomen. Their partnership with Ansley Real Estate and Christie's International Real Estate means they have a national and international reach for and with clients. For them, it's about more than comprehensive and professional marketing, sophisticated technology, and expert market knowledge, supporting the highest standards of service.

"We care deeply about our clients' individual situations, goals, and dreams. Real estate is so much more than buying, and selling houses," says Cathy.  "Everyone desires love and connection in a home and community and it’s our passion to connect clients to the perfect place where they can share their lives with those they love."

The real estate market is so exciting and challenging right now with the current inventory shortage. "We have great connections with both community members and agents that allow us to stay ahead of what’s coming to market, what’s shifting, and how to help our clients win," says Donna. "To play our part - whether it’s finding an amazing off-market listing, winning out on multiple offers for a first-time home buyer, securing the dream lake house or connecting to the luxury $3 million mountain homes - our secret sauce is that we love what we do."

For sellers, it’s about return on investment, engaging and effective marketing and managing the stress of the process. Donna and Cathy have a keen eye for design along with connections to the best contractors, stagers and painters who will make a home shine.

"Recently, one of our luxury listings was previously listed with another firm. The over $2 million home was masterfully styled by our expert stager, which allowed us to increase the last offer price from the previous listing," explains Cathy. "The incredible home received multiple, full-price offers in just 3 days!"

Their clients become their friends as they navigate the journey together. "The reason clients choose us is because we are experienced, honest, connected, compassionate and we are skilled negotiators. We surround ourselves with industry experts and love to have fun," says Donna who grew up in Dunwoody. Cathy lives in downtown Alpharetta and is also a proud Lake Lanier homeowner.

"Atlanta has so many fabulous communities, all with unique personalities. We are blessed and grateful to be trusted real estate advisors to many and love helping people 'Love Where You Live,'" they say.

The two are the duo behind last year's Tour of Homes benefiting The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Donna’s daughter Erin Sullivan passed away suddenly at the age of 17 from complications of cystic fibrosis, a progressive, genetic disease. Donna’s son Keenan suffers from cystic fibrosis metabolic syndrome as well as cerebral palsy. In people with CF, a defective gene causes a thick, sticky buildup of mucus in the lungs, pancreas, and other organs. In the lungs, the mucus clogs the airways and traps bacteria leading to infections, extensive lung damage, and eventually, respiratory failure. When Erin died, the Willow Springs Community sprang into action. Homeowners opened their homes and the home tour was launched. Follow Cathy and Donna to find out more about the next tour.
