Founded in 2007 in a two-bedroom house on South Campbell, At Home Real Estate Services has grown into one of Springfield’s most trusted property management companies. Today, the firm manages approximately 2,800 homes and provides housing for more than 5,000 residents across the metro area. Co-Founders Michelle Gipson and Trent Jackson built the company to fill a gap in the Springfield market, bringing professional management and strong operational discipline to property owners of every size. Supported by a 28-person team with more than 225 years of combined experience, At Home’s growth has largely come from long-term client relationships and referrals. Guided by the principle “Your Property, Our Priority,” At Home continues to focus on protecting owner investments, providing stable housing, and strengthening the Springfield community.
