About Us

David Daffan began his journey as Daffan's very first service technician when the business started over 26 years ago. Demonstrating unwavering dedication and expertise, he became Service Manager and then Co-Owner when his uncle sold the business in 2010. In 2021, he assumed the role of Sole Owner following his business partner's retirement. Today, together with his wife, Shanee, and their awesome team - David has transformed the business into more than just an HVAC service. Daffan’s commitment to community service is deeply embedded in Christian values, which form the cornerstone of their company and customer culture. Daffan’s dedication extends beyond professional service. With a passionate focus on their widows’ ministry, they offer complimentary supportive maintenance to over 400 widows in the local and surrounding areas. In addition, their commitment to the community is further demonstrated through enthusiastic support of youth programs, involvement in 4H shows, partnerships with ISD programs, and contributions to various local nonprofits. Being part of this amazing community fills the team at Daffan Cooling & Heating with gratitude and joy each day. They cherish the opportunity to contribute positively and are immensely thankful for the ongoing support and trust from the community.
