About Us
Michael and Kris Johnson each spent more than 25 years in hands-on patient care before they opened Enrichment Skin Solutions in 2022. Michael, MA, FNP-BC, brings nearly three decades of clinical work across family practice, internal medicine, dermatology and aesthetics, and is board certified with the American Academy of Procedural Medicine. Kris, an occupational therapist by training, runs the clinic's operations. The couple wanted aesthetics with a medical brain behind it: treat the root cause, not just the wrinkle. The menu leans regenerative. PRF (platelet-rich fibrin) injections are used for skin, hair restoration and even knee and joint pain. There is also Morpheus8 RF microneedling (the clinic is an InMode verified provider), HydraFacial, IPL, PDO thread lifts, Sculptra, filler, Kybella and laser hair removal, plus Quantum RF body contouring, IV therapy, peptides and B12 shots. Many visits start with an ImagePro face scan, so clients can see what is happening beneath the surface before choosing a plan. Clients describe a calm, low-key clinic where Michael takes time to explain things and oversees every service. The clinic has been featured on KSTP's Twin Cities Live and sponsored 2025 Miss Minnesota contestants. It is open weekdays and Saturday mornings by appointment.
