About Us
At Family Golf and Learning Center, we believe every family should have the chance to give their children the gift of golf — a gift that lasts a lifetime, enjoyed at any age and any level. Our mission is to give kids a strong foundation of fundamentals early on, so the game is theirs to enjoy however far they choose to take it, as kids or later in life. That mission is why junior golf sits at the heart of everything we do. FGLC is proud to be a leader in junior golf development, home to the 10th largest PGA Junior League program in the country. Through programs like Operation 36 and PGA Junior League, we introduce kids to the game in a way that's fun, encouraging, and built for real progress — not pressure. Led by PGA Professional and Golf Digest Top Teachers Adam Betz & Blake Sharamitaro, a Kirkwood resident, our coaching approach is rooted in long-term player development, meeting every young golfer where they are. Founded in 2018, Adam and Melissa Betz have grown FGLC into one of the St. Louis area's premier golf destinations — a 9-hole Par 3 course, Driving Range, Short Game Area, and indoor TrackMan Simulator bays. But at our core, we're still a family business built for families: a place to learn, grow, and fall in love with the game together.
