About Us

Katy Art School is more than just a place to pass the time—it’s a true art education. We’re not a craft class to simply keep kids busy. In our studio, students work through thoughtfully designed activities and projects that align with clear artistic objectives. With small class sizes and a community of students who genuinely love art, we’re able to provide deeper, more meaningful instruction. Students are introduced to the story of Art History, discovering how creativity has evolved across centuries and cultures. Along the way, they engage with the work of influential artists and learn to see the world through many perspectives. They’ll experiment with a wide range of mediums, practice professional techniques, and develop their own creative voice. Throughout the year, each student builds a personal journal and portfolio—tangible proof of growth, skill, and artistic expression.
