About Us

I’m Kelly Roche, Associate Real Estate Broker with RE/MAX Plus, helping more than 50 clients each year buy and sell throughout Rochester, the Finger Lakes, Livingston and Wyoming counties, and the surrounding communities. I grew up in the small Western New York town of Castile, graduated from SUNY Geneseo, and now live in Pittsford with my family. Nearly a decade into my real estate career, I’m proud to be recognized as a Top 100 Realtor in Rochester, a RE/MAX Platinum Award recipient, and a RE/MAX 40 Under 40 Torchbearer. But the accomplishment I’m most proud of is that more than 80% of my business comes from past clients and referrals. My business has been built on relationships, honest advice, strong negotiation, and making sure my clients always have someone in their corner. Whether I’m helping a first-time buyer, preparing a home for market, or navigating a complex negotiation, my approach is the same: be honest, be strategic, communicate well, and take care of my clients from beginning to end.
