For services that require a part replacement, Uptown Appliance only uses Genuine Manufactured Components in any and every repair. Depending on your appliance brand, our components are procured from either our factory-certified vendor or directly from the manufacturer. If your appliance manufacturer has discontinued the production of a component, we will only utilize our Factory Certified partner to remanufacture your component. Normally, we see this in Dacor, KitchenAid, and Thermador. In some situations, we may recommend you find a retailer for a new replacement if the repair and service costs exceed long-term value.
