Ingredients:

~ Skins + core of 1 organic pineapple

~ 2" fresh ginger, sliced

~ 1" fresh turmeric, sliced (or 1 tsp ground)

~ 1 organic cinnamon stick

~ 4 cups filtered water

~ ½ to 1 cup raw local honey

Directions:

~Simmer the pineapple, ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon in water for 30 minutes.

~ Strain, let it cool, then stir in raw honey.

~ Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. 

~ Take 1 tbsp as needed, or stir into warm water or tea.
