Earlier this year, The Boca Raton, South Florida’s legendary resort and private club set an impressive new standard with the debut of its inaugural Artisans of Wine & Food, presented by Capital One. The three-day celebration, held in January a welcomed break from the Northeast’s plummeting temperatures brought together more than 100 Napa Valley vintners, the largest-ever collection outside of Napa itself, alongside 20 acclaimed chefs, immersive dining experiences, and a philanthropic mission that raised more than $600,000 for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County and Napa Valley.

The Boca Raton’s iconic property was transformed into a vibrant playground for food lovers, wine enthusiasts, and philanthropists alike. Over 600 guests, VIPs, and members of The Boca Raton Club immersed themselves in the festivities, each event designed to delight the senses while showcasing the property’s exceptional culinary culture. “Our goal was not just to transport a beloved piece of Napa Valley to the East Coast,” said Daniel Hostettler, President & CEO of The Boca Raton. “This event also spotlighted the exceptional food and wine culture at The Boca Raton and in our community. This new annual tradition will strengthen our commitment to culinary excellence for years to come.”

The weekend opened with exclusive dinners that quickly became the talk of the festival. Guests were able to enjoy one of several themed dinners, each pairing exceptional wines with the creativity of celebrated chefs. Guests experienced everything from a showcase of Napa Valley’s finest Cabernets to a modern Italian feast with Mario Carbone, and an open-air dinner highlighting female chefs and winemakers. Other meals included rare micro-lot wines presented alongside Michelin-starred menus, as well as an al fresco gathering led by former French Laundry chef David Breeden with legendary Napa estates.

Beyond the dinners, the weekend came alive with a variety of experiences, as guests explored the Discover Napa Valley Tasting Pavilion, where more than 125 world-class wines and dishes from 20 restaurants created a sensory adventure. Leisure took center stage with a Vintners Invitational Golf Tournament, and Sunday concluded with famed barbecue entertainer Jack Arnold and a lively Southern brunch that blended the weekend’s final sips and exquisite creations from celebrated chefs.

The celebration culminated on Saturday evening at the Charity Auction & Gala, where Michelin-starred chef Fabio Trabocchi presented an exquisite menu. Auctioneer Jacqueline Towers-Perkins led spirited bidding on rare wines and exclusive getaways, including a week in the South of France. The evening’s success underscored the heart of the festival: philanthropy. Proceeds supported the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County and Napa Valley, ensuring that the joy of the weekend extended far beyond The Boca Raton’s grounds and into the lives of young people in need.

With plans already underway for the 2026 edition, taking place January 15th –18th, the Artisans of Wine & Food is poised to become one of the most anticipated culinary and wine celebrations of the year. Blending indulgence with impact, the event proved that The Boca Raton is not only a world-class destination but also a true patron of culture, cuisine, and community.
