“Defining our job is nearly impossible,” Kim added. “Depending on the event, we may end up doing almost anything – but we’ll know we did our job right when guests don’t notice us at all.”
“Challenge us to do more than book the band and build a champagne tower,” Katie said. “Just last year, we suspended an eighty-pound floral installation from the ballroom ceiling, staged a full pyrotechnic display over the golf course, and hosted an authentic Japanese sushi station. Want a wood-fired pizza oven? A flambé station? A petting zoo for the kids? If you can envision the party, Kim and I will make it real.”
“Of course, Minnesota’s weather can challenge even the best party plans,” noted Kim. “But when it does, we adapt so seamlessly that guests may never know there was a backup plan. We may have to hand out a few umbrellas, warm towels, and extra cocktails on occasion, but that has never prevented us from creating a truly memorable experience.”
