At Kata Nori, each hand roll is served one at a time and meant to be eaten immediately, creating a rhythm to the meal that keeps you fully present and engaged with every bite. I cannot recommend it enough! This is one of our favorites, and we are so excited to have a location in the works that is closer to home!
