Dentistry: Family, Trust & Appreciation

Dr. Aaron Christensen shares insights on pediatric dental care

At his core, Dr. Aaron Christensen embodies tradition, dedication, and gratitude — qualities that have shaped his pediatric dentistry for over two decades.  Born into a dental family, his path was set early.

A Legacy of Caring

His admiration for his father's professional life and his own commitment to his family were an inspiration.  "Pediatric dentistry is all I knew," he explains."  Many patients' families have been with him or his father for decades, some spanning three generations.

Building Trust Through Communication

"Relationships and communication -- that is key to me," Christensen explains.  He takes time to clarify procedures and address concerns.  "If I can explain it in a way the children understand, it builds trust," he says.  Families even travel from out of state to continue care with him.

The True Measure of Gratitude

"I'm grateful for the kids," he shares.  "Seeing a terrified child relax and smile--that's progress."

He is grateful for his family, especially his wife, who was his "first dental assistant."  His gratitude extends to his professional "extended family," including employees who have been devoted for decades.

For Dr. Christensen, dentistry is a partnership — guiding families toward lasting oral health and fostering lifelong positive relationships.
