Co-owner Brittany Moreno says Kneads launched the small pies after customer requests for petit versions. They’re made with local ingredients, like produce from Woodland Farms and sugar pumpkins from the Hudson Valley, and pair excellently with a pint of salted caramel ice cream from neighboring Momu. Order by November 23rd to guarantee you’re the hit of your Thanksgiving group.
