With over 1,000 nonprofits in Medina County, the Medina County Senior & Adult Foundation (MCSAF) was honored to make its largest contribution to date in 2025. MCSAF was awarded funds from The Giving Place, 100+ Women Who Care, Moose Lodge, their annual fashion show and more. Donating over $100,000 in 2025 to Medina County Senior & Adult Services (MCSAS), MCSAF and their board of directors have grown into a strong and close-knit group of women who love to give back and truly care for the elders in the community.
MCSAF's fifth annual Giving In Style Fashion Show & Brunch will be held on March 21 at The Galaxy Event Center in Wadsworth. Fundraising chair Mishalene Wasmer is collaborating with local models and Toni in Style out of Chagrin Falls to bring an elevated runway show to the area with professional models and a choreographer.
Returning for her fourth year, the beautiful Alexis Walters, Fox 8 meteorologist and emcee stated: “I support the foundation because it supports a group of people who are often forgotten. Our seniors have lived full lives, building the foundation for the things we do, and now they deserve the extra attention to ensure they get to enjoy activities, warm meals and care they need.”
The 2025 local models include:
- Adalyne Wasmer: Miami University Nursing
- Alexis Walters: Fox8 Weather
- Brandi Sesock: Cleveland Clinic & Forever22
