Sharing my days with the best friend and coworker imaginable—Allie, our Rat Terrier-Chihuahua mix and beloved office dog. She greeted everyone who walked through the door, brought smiles to the team, and made the office feel a little more like home. More than a pet, she was part of our family.
Last summer, Allie took on a new role: co-captain of a six-week cross-country RV adventure. Together, we explored the American West, turning the open road into our home and the mountains into her playground.
Watching Allie experience the towering peaks of Utah and Colorado was unforgettable. She ran through alpine meadows, explored winding trails, and soaked in every new scent and sight with endless curiosity. Her enthusiasm reminded me to appreciate the simple joys of each day.
What made the trip truly special was the time we spent together. Away from the demands of everyday life, we shared quiet mornings, scenic hikes, campfires under the stars, and countless miles of adventure. Every moment strengthened the bond we had built over the years.

Though she is no longer by my side, the memories of that incredible summer continue to bring a smile to my face.
