CL: We know the SERVPRO® brand from the green trucks and television ads. What else should we know?
HB: Well, we’re known primarily for water, fire, weather, and mold restoration. What most people don’t realize is that once the clean up is complete, there is generally a lot of work needed to get a property back to its original condition. We provide a turnkey solution coupling our restoration services with contracting and remodeling services. This not only saves homeowners money, but the hassle of having to search for a contractor, most often at the last minute and when they are in the greatest demand.
CL: How are you different than other general contractors?
HB: Working directly with the insurance companies, we’re able to more than simply repair damage. We can coordinate remodeling and reconstruction above and beyond straightforward restoration. CL: Do you have to have a restoration event to use your contracting and remodeling services?
HB: Absolutely not! While these services can be combined into a turnkey solution, we offer both restoration services alone as well as our remodeling services alone too.
CL: Are you able to offer other services other than simply restoration and remodeling? For instance, can you offer design services?
HB: While we do not have designers on staff, we can offer best in class services like design through our extensive network of partners.
