ISO realtor post...
Cue 200 responses in a 30 min span.
Not gonna lie. I've been one of those who responded. And I've gotten to work with incredible clients as a result.
But how much insight do you really gain from such a broad request? How do you sift through 200 comments to narrow the field? I imagine it's overwhelming.
Instead of telling you I'm the absolute best realtor for you, let me offer up a few suggestions:
look for a realtor you can connect with - check out instagram, FB, linktr.ee, etc.
this is a big decision. Interview several realtors and value the truth-tellers. Their reputation and work ethic is not going to be tainted by any one deal.
do they have experience? And yes, it matters
how do they market their listings? What is their strategy not only with the 'easy' listings, but with the tough ones?
what do their past clients say about them? Were they sufficient or were they exceptional?
