As soon as you meet Heather Rausch, you can feel the spark she brings into every room. As the Founder & CEO of Foxfire Events and the Creator of Joyfully Centered, Heather has made it her mission to connect with people and organizations to elevate awareness, shift perspective, and empower possibilities. Though her work spans the country and reaches audiences around the globe, she proudly calls Arizona's northwest valley home.
As a long-time community leader, Rausch thrives on infusing energy while empowering people. When she's not creating programs, speaking, consulting or empowering leaders, you can find her enjoying live events with family and friends, researching travel, or diving into neuroscience. Her favorite way to joyfully center is to spend time near water with a great book or listening to music.
Founded in 2010, Foxfire Events has grown into a powerhouse for meaningful engagements, and impactful experiences. The company creates dynamic public events, and customized corporate programs designed to spark creativity, inspire conversation, and bring people together in fresh and meaningful ways. In 2024, Rausch expanded the organization’s reach by launching Joyfully Centered, a collective grounded in mindfulness, communication, and connection.
Rausch’s passion for uniting people is at the heart of everything she does, often saying, “magical things happen when we unite.” Over the years, she’s surrounded herself with incredible individuals and thought leaders. Observing increasing global divide and negativity, she felt called to create something that brought us back to respectful conversation, accountability, kindness, teamwork, and joy.
“Joyfully Centered is about consciously minding our perspective and being accountable for how we show up in the world,” Rausch shares. “When we intentionally align our thoughts, actions, and desired outcomes, we create success, and joy, despite what’s happening around us.”
Joyfully Centered is a program-turned-global collective that serves as a go-to hub for inspiration, perspective, personal growth, well-being, plus organizational growth and resilience. The collective offers workshops, retreats, perspective sessions, and live and virtual experiences designed to strengthen mindset, communication, self-awareness, and advancement.
The magic happens, Rausch says, when people come together with intention. Walls come down, energy shifts, and participants leave with not just inspiration—but actionable accountability that carries into their families, communities, and workplaces. Rausch shares, “we’ve found that with fun and creative programming, people truly revel in the opportunity to create joy and take that joy forward. That’s powerful to experience.”
Today, Rausch channels that learning into programs and conversations that help others do the same. Through interviews, perspective sessions, and Joyfully Centered resources, Heather supports individuals in strengthening their inner world so they can approach life with balance and perspective. “What we focus on, we get more of and with knowledge plus action, comes power,” she emphasizes.
Want to step into the new year feeling grounded and intentional? Here are Rausch’s tips:
- Breathe
It may sound simple, but many of us don't do it with intention. Put a hand on your heart, quite the mind, take a few deep breaths feeling the release of tension as you exhale. This simple exercise helps to restore balance. Do it several times throughout the day, especially when feeling stressed.
- Reflect
Before striving to the next achievement, settle past emotions. What worked or didn’t last year? If feeling unsettled, process any ill feelings. Take the time to clear up anything needed to create advancement. Growth comes when we keep the wisdom and let go of the weight.
- Dream. Decide. DO!
Allow yourself time to dream about what you really want this year. Once you have identified a goal, map out actionable steps and do them. If you need support - we all do - seek it!
All in All, Rausch is building more than events, she is building community, clarity, confidence, and joy. And as we step into a new year, her message is the reminder we all need: our perspective directly influences our outcomes and joy, and we create it!
