“Kobe Bryant. Alex Rodriguez. Even Pope John Paul II..."
When asked who’s trusted the Regenokine Program, Dr. Ashu Goyle doesn’t hesitate to name names.
“These are people who could access any doctor or treatment in the world, and they chose this," says Dr. Goyle, owner, Integrated Spine, Pain & Wellness.
For years, the Regenokine Program was only available in Germany, developed and performed exclusively by Dr. Peter Wehling in Düsseldorf.
“That’s why Kobe traveled there to calm the pain and swelling in his knee so he could keep playing at the highest level. Alex Rodriguez also went overseas, and even Pope John Paul II had it for arthritis.”
Now, patients don’t need a passport. Dr. Goyle says he's one of only about five doctors in the U.S.- and the only one in Arizona - trained and approved to perform the Regenokine Program.
“PRP takes your blood, spins it, and concentrates the platelets. The Regenokine Program goes further. It isolates powerful proteins and growth factors, especially IL-1 Ra, which blocks one of the main drivers of inflammation in joints. That’s why it doesn’t just encourage healing, it directly calms inflammation in joints and the spine.”
Because of that advanced process, results often come fast, without long recoveries.
“Most people are able to return to work, travel, or even train the very next day,” he says.
Regenokine isn’t new or experimental. According to Dr. Goyle, it’s been studied for over a decade, used in more than 10,000 treatments worldwide, and clinical data proves it works. One study even showed that in 83% of cases, patients avoided surgery altogether.”
Who’s it for? Not just elite athletes and celebrities.
"It’s for anyone who wants to stay active, avoid surgery, and live without pain. That could mean a golfer wanting to keep their swing, a grandparent who wants to run around with their grandkids, or a frequent traveler who can’t afford weeks of downtime.”
For him, the mission goes beyond pain relief.
“I don’t just want to mask symptoms. I want to help people truly heal so they can keep doing the things they love."
At Integrated Spine, Pain & Wellness, that philosophy guides everything. Trained at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic and double board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine, Dr. Goyle has spent nearly two decades studying how pain works in the body; and, more importantly, how to stop it at the source.
"That’s what inspired me to bring the Regenokine Program to Scottsdale: a natural, data-backed treatment designed to calm inflammation, protect joints, and support long-term healing."
