Frozen Yogurt Bark

Ingredients
Base:
- 4 cups plain, high-protein Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 Tbsp. dried cranberries
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
Toppings:
- 10 fresh strawberries or (fruits of your choice) chopped
- 2 Tbsp. dark chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp. dried coconut
- 2 Tbsp. chopped nuts
Directions
- Mix the yogurt and honey together thoroughly. Add the raisins and dried cranberries and stir again.
- Line a baking tray with foil and pour the mixture on top. Spread it depending on how thick or thin you want your bark to be.
- Sprinkle the strawberries, chocolate chips, dried coconut, and chopped nuts on top and place in freezer until it is completely frozen.
- Remove from the freezer and use a sharp knife to break the bark into pieces. The bark can be stored in the freezer in food bags.
