Pumpkin Pie Martini

Ingredients

1 ounce vodka

½ ounce RumChata Pumpkin Spice Cream Liqueur

1 tablespoon pumpkin puree

½ ounce Baileys Irish Cream

½ ounce heavy cream

Whipped cream

1 cinnamon stick

Directions

1. Coat the rim of a chilled martini glass with cinnamon sugar and pumpkin spice.

2. Combine vodka, RumChata, pumpkin puree, heavy cream, and Baileys in a cocktail shaker.

3. Add ice and shake vigorously.

4. Strain into the martini glass.

5. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and the cinnamon stick.
