After taking the reins from her father, Shannon continues the leadership style she learned firsthand. “As a mom, getting to watch her grow into her role and develop confidence in her work is something I don’t take for granted,” says Shannon. “It brings back a lot of memories of my dad teaching me, not just the technical side of the business, but the importance of showing up, working hard, and taking pride in what you do.”
