Each year, Lib’s Grill goes all out, celebrating the holiday season with its Cocktails & Candy Canes event. With festive floor-to-ceiling decor and creative seasonal libations, the restaurant turns into a wintry wonderland.
While stopping into the local spot from late November through December is a must for any holiday enthusiast, you can also bring some of the joy of the season into your own home with this recipe for one of the many cocktails the restaurant will be shaking or stirring.
Dirty Snowman
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Cocoa nib infused Tito's vodka (1.5oz)
- .75 oz Grind Espresso liqueur
- .75 oz Peppermint Schnapps
- .75 oz Cold brew coffee
- 2 oz Soft Whip Foam
- Garnishes: Cocoa powder and "Rumple Minze mist"
Instructions
1. Pour the Dirty Snowman batch into a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake for 3-5 seconds.
3. Strain into a coupe glass.
4. Top with soft whip foam.
5. Garnish with "Rumple Minze" mist and cocoa powder.
