Spend Summer Living, Not Maintaining

How Do You Plan On Spending You Summer?

Summer always seems to remind us how much time we spend taking care of our homes instead of enjoying them.

Think about everything that comes with owning a house this time of year. Mowing the lawn, pulling weeds, watering flowers, cleaning gutters, keeping up with repairs, and hoping the air conditioner keeps working through the hottest days. Before you know it, another weekend has come and gone.

What if this summer looked a little different?

At Viva Bene St. Peters, our residents spend their days doing the things they enjoy instead of worrying about home maintenance. Some spend the afternoon relaxing by the pool. Others join friends for games, happy hours, fitness classes, or one of our many activities. Some take off for a weekend trip or visit family without wondering who is going to watch the house or mow the lawn while they're away.

There is something incredibly freeing about knowing that when you lock your door, everything else is taken care of.

Life is simply easier here, and it leaves more time for the things that really matter. Whether that's making new friends, traveling, spending time with family, or just enjoying a quiet morning with a cup of coffee, you get to choose how you spend your days.

If you've ever wondered what maintenance free living is really like, we'd love to show you around. Come visit us and picture yourself enjoying a summer that's filled with living instead of maintaining. We would love to talk more about the lock and leave lifestyle that comes with apartment living. We are just one phone call away and you can reach us at 636-706-5000!

The next time you're spending your weekend on home repairs, passing up a trip because you're worried about leaving your house, or wishing you had more opportunities to get out and enjoy life, take a moment to imagine how different life could be at Viva Bene.
