The Compassionate Life and Legacy of Victor Seguinot

From Defending the Skies to Creating Joyful Moments Through Kindness

Victor Seguinot’s life story is a powerful illustration of how technical mastery and a deeply compassionate heart can work in harmony. From the cockpit of a solo flight to the high-stakes environment of active combat, and eventually to the joy-filled celebrations of his community, Victor’s journey has been defined by a singular, driving force: a commitment to being kind and putting others first.

A Foundation in Flight

Victor’s fascination with aeronautics began in his youth; by the age of 13, he knew his future belonged in the sky. His dedication was so intense that he earned his pilot’s license at just 16 years old—remarkably, before he had even earned his driver’s license. He recalls his first solo flight as "the most incredible feeling ever," a moment of pure freedom that solidified his career path.

After graduating high school in New Jersey and enjoying one final summer with his childhood friends, Victor’s path led him to the United States Air Force. He transitioned from a student of flight to a guardian of the aircraft, learning the intricate details of servicing F-16s. His talent was undeniable. After training in Arizona and being assigned to the 34th Fighter Squadron—known as “The Rude Ram”—at Hill Air Force Base, Victor quickly rose through the ranks. He became one of the youngest dedicated Crew Chiefs in the service, a role that demanded both technical excellence and a protective spirit for his pilots.

Bravery Rooted in Kindness

While Victor’s military career was marked by efficiency, it was his selflessness under pressure that truly defined his service. Victor participated in both non-combat and combat missions, often specializing in alert launches and sensitive intel recovery.

One story highlights his willingness to put others' safety above his own. During a mission in which communication lines between the tower and the land crew were compromised, the entire operation was at risk. Understanding the danger his fellow airmen faced without communication, Victor volunteered to step out under heavy fire to splice the lines. This act of bravery allowed the mission to move forward, but for Victor, it was a necessary act of service to his team.

Perhaps the most poignant example of his resilience occurred during a deployment while his wife was in labor. Under heavy attack and clinging to a satellite phone, Victor listened to his daughter’s first cries amidst the sounds of combat. He describes that moment as the "most beautiful sound" he had ever heard, a reminder of the family and love he was working so hard to protect. Even in the face of war, his heart remained focused on the beauty of new life.

A New Chapter of Joy and Service

Following his retirement from the military in 2018, Victor sought a new way to connect with people. While he had earned a degree in Aeronautics from Emory-Riddle during his active service, his post-military heart led him to the world of entertainment. Helping a friend with a DJ business sparked a new passion: witnessing the happiest moments of people's lives.

Victor founded Perfect Moment Productions (PMP), a "one-stop shop" for events, offering everything from DJ services and dance floors to character artists and wedding singers. Clients like Dallin and Kensie Ewart attest to his kindness, noting that his personal attention to detail made their wedding perfect.

Victor continues to innovate, planning to roll out a massive 17-foot video wall in the fall of 2026 to elevate his craft. Yet, despite his business success, his focus remains on the community. He is heavily involved with nonprofit organizations, frequently donating his time and services to support local causes.

When asked what matters most after a lifetime of high-altitude achievements and harrowing missions, Victor’s answer is simple: "My family is the heart of my life and my greatest inspiration. Their creativity, kindness, and resilience shape who I am every day. I am equally grateful for my partner, Meagan, whose warmth, strength, and unwavering support bring balance and joy to our family. Together, they are my foundation and my why."

I will never forget the most beautiful sound I have ever heard: my daughter crying for the first time.
