The Luxury of Glass

From Reflection to Translucency, Gatsby Glass Enhances Your Space with Sophistication, Clarity and Elegance

Glass holds and beholds both space and light in a way that expands, illuminates and transgresses a room. Chris Brown, owner of Gatsby Glass of Centennial defines, “it’s translucent, not transparent.” Glass partitions, walls and floating shelves create the fine balance between boundary and invitation. It’s the perfect way to upgrade, open up and redefine your space.

Having opened in July of 2025, Chris Brown and his team at Gatsby Glass of Centennial specialize in custom glass installation. This array of services include: commercial glass, glass railings, showers, walls and partitions, wine rooms, enclosures and mirrors. Identifying these aspects within homes, offices, gyms, restaurants, studios and more makes you realize that the opportunities truly are endless when it comes to glass.

Chris mentions, “Try not to see through glass, see the glass. A lot of times people don’t even notice how much glass is around them until they start looking and then they realize there’s glass everywhere. It’s all over the place.”

“What’s interesting or even surprising about glass,” he continues, “it’s a bit of a specialized skillset. A lot of general contractors do everything but the glass. But it’s the finishing touch that can make or break a space. That’s where Gatsby comes in.”

Glass can be utilized for design, functionality and even customized to meet appliance needs. That’s where Gatsby Glass of Centennial makes a craft out of their clean and defined designs.

Chris shares, “So a lot of it is home remodeling. We’ll do glass railings. They’re very popular in the Denver area because people want to see the mountains. [Providing] a very open look, it keeps it very light and clear so you can see the views and let in the light. Then there’s commercial [uses], conference rooms, commercial windows, storefronts, office partitions, glass walls.”

He also talks about custom mirrors. “Custom mirrors are things like the home gym, yoga studio or dance studio where you want a floor to ceiling mirror and you have outlets and stuff on the wall. So you need the mirror custom cut around all of that to match the molding on the bottom and top.”

Beyond residential and commercial, Gatsby Glass of Centennial also works with developers. Chris shares, “We do big bids for builders where there’s 400 mirrors in an apartment building. We’ll supply all the mirrors and hang them along with the shower doors.”

By the sounds of it, 2026 is just the beginning for Gatsby Glass. When it comes to customer experience, Chris shares, “We like to explain how glass works and talk people through the design and installation process. More than one customer has told us that they chose us over competitors mostly because they felt we understood what they were trying to achieve and explained clearly to them how things were going to work.”
