Turning the Tide on Hair Loss

How I Help Clients Restore Confidence with TED

Hair loss is one of those things that catches people off guard. It’s not just about losing strand, it’s about losing a part of how you see yourself. In my years as a family nurse practitioner and owner of NoBe Wellness Medspa, I’ve seen how deeply it can affect men and women alike.

It’s not always genetic. I’ve treated clients whose hair loss was triggered by stress, hormonal changes, post-pregnancy shifts, and even our desert climate here in Las Vegas. The frustration is real, and until recently, options were either invasive, uncomfortable, or only mildly effective.

That’s why I’m so passionate about the TED device by Alma—short for Trans Epidermal Delivery. TED uses sound waves and air pressure to infuse restorative serums directly into the scalp, no needles, no pain, no downtime. The first time clients try it, they’re often surprised at how comfortable it feels. It’s more “spa day” than medical procedure.

The technology works on a cellular level, nourishing the scalp, reawakening dormant follicles, and supporting thicker, healthier growth over time. Many clients notice less shedding within weeks, and with continued sessions, we see exciting, visible regrowth.

At NoBe Wellness Medspa, we treat hair loss the way we treat all beauty concerns; holistically. Sometimes that means pairing TED with nutritional guidance or addressing underlying hormonal imbalances. And we always provide the treatment in an environment that feels luxurious and restorative, with sweeping city views that remind you to exhale and enjoy the process.

Hair restoration isn’t just about hair. It’s about showing up in your life with confidence again. And when I see a client walk out with not just fuller hair but a lighter step, that’s the real reward.
