Kelly Blount

2026 Voices of Vision Award Winner

Kelly Blount is an active member of the NEST Community Learning Center Board of Directors and the youngest serving member, supporting efforts to break cycles of generational poverty through education and care. She also serves as Vice Chair of Community and Outreach for the Junior League of Cincinnati. Guided by a deep belief in connection, Kelly views community as a shared responsibility built on trust, compassion, and action. Through volunteerism, advocacy and leadership, she connects people to resources and opportunities. Passionate about lifelong impact, she champions early service and believes meaningful change begins with intentional action, empathy and a commitment to showing up for others.

Erica Bock

Finalist

Erica Bock is a storyteller, educator and community advocate who believes connection is a powerful force for change. As a film and media producer and professor at the University of Cincinnati, she helps students build sustainable creative careers while using storytelling to foster empathy and strengthen Cincinnati’s cultural fabric. Erica’s commitment to community extends through her leadership roles, including Co-President of Women in Film Cincinnati and Co-Chair of Fundraising for Ensemble Theatre Cincinnati. She also serves with several civic organizations and, through her work with ALS United Ohio, supports families facing ALS—bringing people together to build a more compassionate, connected community.

Amy Scalia

Finalist

Amy Scalia is a Cincinnati-based entrepreneur, media personality and storyteller with a passion for connecting communities. A Miami University graduate, in 2007, she founded Cincy Chic, an online lifestyle publication for women, expanded it to include Cbus Chic and sold the brand in 2018. She spent more than 13 years with Sinclair Broadcasting as an on-air host and managing editor of Cincinnati Refined. Today, Amy leads Local Creator Studio, a boutique marketing agency. A mom of three, she is also co-founder of The PSNeverGiveUp Foundation, supporting families navigating infertility and chronic illness with compassion, resources and hope.
